We danced for a while (I LOVED it) and then had the most romantic first date dinner.

He kept making me laugh.

I ate so many different types of cupcakes and they were so utterly delicious!

"I'm so full!"

"Yeah, we ate so much.... especially you." He winked at me.

"Heyyyy! What do you mean?! What are you implying?" I threw my napkin at him.

He raised an eyebrow, "Honestly? A napkin?"

I blushed.

"Heheh, that was adorable, wait hold still." His chair was close to mine (throughout the dinner garabna 3ala ba3a'6).

"What is it?"

"You have some icing on your cheek." His face came close to me and i felt his lips on my cheek.
Was that too cheesy? Please don't let him turn out to be the cheesy boyfriend type....
But I have to admit, it was sweet.

He moved back into his seat and I saw his lips, oh there was definitely some icing, heheheh!

"Mm, yummy."

"Hey!"

"Hehhehehe, I'm just teasing."

"Heheh, Josh! I'm literally full! That was so good! Thank you so much!"

"You're more than welcome. I take it you're ready to go?"

"Yeah, but wait, we need to get the check."

"All taken care of."

"Seriously?"

"Yeah."

"Wheeen?"

He shrugged, "We kind of own this place."

My mouth dropped open, "Whaa-aaa-aat?" I stammered, "You're father OWNS this CUPCAKE PLACE!"

He shrugged, "yup"

I smiled, "wait, he does the cupcakes, HERE?"

"Yeah, I didn't want to tell you until I knew what you thought about them."

"Oh my God! I can't believe it! Do they offer jobs here?!"

"Heheh, you wanna work here?"

"Duuuuuuh!"

"I think that can be done." He winked.

I looked around me, "I bet you bring all the girls here." I mumbled.

He turned my face towards him with his fingers, "Talah, no, I don't."

I looked into his eyes and saw that he was telling the truth.

I finally realized, Oh my God! We're on our way to a serious relationship!!

What about marraige? What about my family?!

"Talah?" He interupted my thoughts.

"Mmm...?"

"Heheh, you zoned out."

"I was just thinking. I can't believe it.... I'm the only girl you brought here?"

"Yup." He smiled and I smiled back.

Forget about marraige, religion, and parents, deal with it later. I told myself, have fun now!

"Okay you ready to go?"

"Yup" I replied as I got up.

He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and I wrapped mine around his waist as we walked out to the adorable car of his.

bas it was kind of awkward, I mean this was a date... normally he would come straight in, but do things change now?

"Don't stand like a wierdo on the door, nerd!.... come in." I smiled.

He smiled back, "wait, I have to do something.... it's kind of manditory...." He eyed me.

I was so naive... "which is?"

He stepped a step forward and came closer and closer, his smile again was next to my smile but I knew this time it was a different closer.

He was going to kiss me!

"What's going on, is someone being shy?" He teased since I wasn't moving at all.

"Josh, we have a problem."

"Don't tell me you're breaking up with me on our first date, ouch!" He clutched his heart and made a painful expression which made me laugh.

"No, it's not that.." I started and then paused and then I froze in my place, "Wait, Breaking up? Are we in a real relationship now?"

He looked confused, "Well...." It looked like he was a bit disappointed, "I mean, not serious... but you are my girlfriend... but if you don't wa--"

I interrupted, "No, no, I uh, I'm, wow." I giggled chinee yahil.

"So you are my girlfriend?"

"If you're my boyfriend?"

He ran a hand through his hair with his head down and looked at me up... God, it was so sexy... he smiled, his teeth white and dazzling.

He came close to me wrapped his arms around my waist and brought his face really close to mine, our foreheads were touching his smile was next to mine, I can feel his breath.

"Josh," I said while looking into his mesmerizing eyes.

"Yeah?" He asked looking into my eyes.

"I dunno how to slow dance." I said all serious.

He BURST out laughing... he looked beautiful laughing, so alive.

I playfully hit him on the arm, "I'm serious it's not funny."

"You're right it's not.." he tried to freeze his face and be serious for a bit but he couldn't, the smile went back on his face...

oo of course, it made me smile.

"Talah," Wayyy ismeee felt so special from him, "We'll have the rest of the year to perfect it. I'll teach you now."

"Here?"

"Yeah, why not?"

"Okay, I'm ready to learn."

He put his arms around my waist and pulled me closer to him and I put my arms around his neck.

It felt wierd.

He pulled me even closer but we still had space between us.

Ah now it feels right.

BTW il amakin, I'm making them up.. I do know San Mateo but the way I chose San Mateo was by writing down a list of places in America I went over the summer and then randomly chose San Mateo....

But like il resturants and the beaches from now on they may not be in San Mateo..b/c it's a hard place for this story to take place in....

I felt very safe with him... we were friends before whatever we are now...

I didn't pay attention to where we were going... I couldn't- even if I wanted to... my mind was with him, paying attention to him and him only....


We reached a place I've never been before... I gasped, it was like a cupcake cafe (I love cupcakes!!) that had the cutest tables ever outside.

We stepped inside and a waiter asked if he can help us.

"Ehmm" Josh cleared his throat, "yeah.. I reserved a table for two under the name Josh."

"Ah yes! The special reservation." Special haaa? Wain 7ajizzz? The waiter winked, "Follow me."

We went out to the back exit of the cafe to discover a table set for two over a view of live music from the park.

Another gasp escaped from my mouth.

Josh smiled, "You like it?"

"Josh, wow!" I wrapped my arm around his waist and he put his arm around my shoulder, we fit together perfectly.

"Ready Me Lady?" He asked as he removed his arm and pulled out a chair for me.

"Hehe, why thank you, noble gentleman" I replied as I bowed and then sat in the chair.

I looked at the menu and it had pictures of the most cutest cupcakes ever!!!!

Oh my God, I think I'm in heaven!!!

"Oh my God, I LOVE LOVE LOVE CUPCAKES!!!" I exclaimed.

"Hehehe, I know..." He winked.

"How'd you know?!?!"

"Because you constantly talk about them."

"I do not!!"

He laughed.

"Trust me, you do..."

I eyed him...

"Are you testing me?"

"Maybe."

"When I first saw you and started talking to you, I asked you what you missed about home... you said the usual stuff family, friends, parties, the food and then you said 'and cupcakes' and you explained you miss chocolate bar's red velvet cupcakes.... and something about sugar and spice cupcakes? I looked at you like you were crazy and you went 'whaaaa-aaat? They're the best cupcakes I've tasted so far, other than Magnolia ones in New York!' and then you'd randomly bring them up from time to time.." and he shrugged.

I'm seriously impressed.... shloon yithakar kil hatha 3anee?!

Awwwwwwww...... OFCOURSE, the cupcakes can wait!!.... I put my hand in his and stood up quickly...

He pulled me close toward him.

I got so excited that I forgot about one problem,
